How can I help you?

Starting with my first pregnancy I realized there is a lot that is not explained at the doctor’s / midwife’s office. Of course they will cover high level nutrition and lifestyle guidelines (yes, we don’t eat sushi and drink cocktails when we are pregnant…), but when it comes to optimal pregnancy nourishment unfortunately most of them just don’t have the time and / or education (unless they took on extra studies). So I dug into extensive research to educate myself how to provide the little life growing inside me with the absolute best, healthiest start.
I bundled my results and personal experiences into various packages so that I can meet you where you are. Should you need just a little fine tuning talking / reading through essential nutrients, recipes, meal plans, vitamins, minerals, supplements, toxins, cravings, feelings etc or prefer more frequent and hands on guidance I am here and more than happy to support you though this exciting yet mostly unknown journey!

We can cook, grocery shop (in a smart and wholesome way), clean up your pantry or do consults: addressing YOUR cravings, feelings, food & mood relationships.  How we fill that 4 hours with content is just up to you. My goal is that it serves you the best.
You enjoy learning and experimenting on your own, while you would like to take advantage of having me as an in-person resource and learning hands on from me. You would feel comfortable having a safety net: a direct access to me.

Four in person / via Skype 60 minute consultations:

If you are local we can do personal cooking classes or a pantry clean up in two hour increments and a grocery tour or consults in one hour increments. If you are located a bit further we can do phone consults while am also happy to cook with you via video Skype – walking you though the process. I know it sounds funny, but believe me, having someone with you even virtually will help you get through the initial intimidation that cooking can bring to some. 😉
During consults we can address YOUR cravings, feelings, food & mood relationships and during cooking cooking sessions we can create the object of cravings in a healthier version, cook for you and your family for the coming days or start stocking your freezer.
