By now you might know that I am in LOVE with gingerbread and all the sweet feels it brings to me. Yes, the the right amount of cinnamon, clove, all spice and ginger make the flavor just mouthwatering, but there is certainly something about the magic around it! As a child, I wasn’t much into desserts, especially (weirdly enough, I know) not into chocolate, but I will never forget the gingerbread cookies my mom's cousin made. I could not have enough of it!

We also had relatives living in Germany so I was introduced to lebkuchen. Oh, sweet amazingness! It is the German twist on gingerbread and soooo gooooood!

11 years ago I became gluten free and all the gingerbread fun was out the window… :disappointed: Until I became a Culinary Nutrition Expert and was brave enough to experiment and create my own recipes. The flood gates opened and I started to re-create holiday desserts both from my childhood and some American ones - all allergen and refined sugar free, clean and even nutritious!

Look at these super delish grain free goodness! #quinoa flour, #tigernut flour from @organicgemini, tapioca flour and my “secret sauce” Hungarian Gingerbread spice blend.

These will become the tree in the backyard of the #gingerbreadhouse soon!

The sweet festive plates are from @sweese.fans and I love them! I checked with them and Sweese products are made of durable porcelain, a type of premium LEAD-FREE ceramic, chip-resistant, and more sturdy than stoneware.
“We take care of the health of our customers and hope can offer healthy tableware to all of our customers.” They said.
They are safe for dishwasher, microwave, oven, and freezer. The bearable temperature is up to 450°F.
