How can I help you?
Several times we know the “what” (we would like to achieve), but we are unsure about the “how” (to actually do it) part. I will hold your hand and be your accountability partner. Coaches are knowledgeable advisors who provide ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness.
As your Coach, I will listen carefully and help you to navigate the world of contradictory nutrition and lifestyle advice to determine what changes are right for you. A healthier life has several elements and requires nourishment on various levels from food through exercise to finding a purpose in life. We will cover all these and more, set goals for you and work gradually towards meeting them.
As your Culinary Nutritionista, my mission is to inspire you to get into the kitchen and play with the cleanest, most wholesome ingredients that will nourish you and your family at an optimum level. I will support you in disproving the belief that eating healthy is boring / bland and that cooking is complicated. Should you be a total greeny when it comes to the kitchen or a seasoned chef I can show you how to cook for health / healing with medicinal ingredients.
