Perfect Buns

  • 1 egg / 3 tbsp JUST egg
  • 1/3 cup + 1 tbsp filtered water
  • 1 and 1/2 tbsp olive / avocado oil
  • 1 cup Better than Whole Wheat blend


  1. Preheat oven to 350F and place a large shallow dish with 3-4 cups of water on the bottom of the oven.

  2. Blend eggs (use JUST egg if you prefer it vegan), oil, and water in a bowl with a handheld mixer.

  3. Once well combined, add in Better than Whole Wheat flour blend and form a thick dough.

  4. Wet your hands and shape 3 small buns.

  5. OPTIONAL: Sprinkle water on top and then sunflower seeds /sesame seeds / poppyseeds.

  6. Place on center rack of oven and bake for 35 minutes.
