Gluten Free Holiday Family Baking Kit Recipes

All recipes are grain (if you count quinoa as a seed), gluten, dairy, corn and soy free. They can be made egg free with a few tablespoons of JUST eggs.
The Gingerbread Cookie blend will make:
– 3 dozen cookies OR
– 1 and 1/2 dozen cookies and a gingerbread pie crust (maybe for the cranberry curd – it is heavenly, trust me!)
The Cinnamon Bread Blend will make:
– 10 Cinnamon Bread Rolls OR
– 5 Cinnamon Bread Rolls and 1/2 French Toast Casserole or Eggnog French Toast Casserole
I am not a fan of white sugar whatsoever, but we have holidays only once a year and icing for gingerbread is best white. This is the only reason I made the exception for my rule of no powdered sugar in the house. I thought you might don’t have any either, so I included in your package for you :). You got 2 cups of organic powdered sugar, enough to make icing for both your cookies / house and for the Cinnamon Bread Rolls. The recipe ideas are here for those too.
