- 1/3 loaf of chickpea bread
- 2 tbsp coconut / avocado oil olive oil can’t be heated past 350F
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cracked pepper
Slice bread very thin and the cut it into 1/3 inch cubes.
Mix all spices with oil on the bottom of a large bowl. Once well combined add in bread cubes and coat the wet with oil and spices.
Bake on 400F for 20-25 minutes.
