Cinnamon Bread Roll Icing (optional)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp coconut oil / butter / ghee
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp cup non-dairy milk or coconut cream / milk from a can
Lightly warm butter /ghee / coconut oil in a sauce pan and remove from heat.
Whisk in milk / cream, vanilla extract and powdered sugar.
Pour over Cinnamon Bread Rolls.
If you prefer it with less sugar, (I do!) you can use 1/2 cup powdered sugar and 1/2 cup tapioca powder and a little extra sweetness via a free drops of Stevia.
