Cinnamon Bread Roll Icing (optional)



  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil / butter / ghee
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp cup non-dairy milk or coconut cream / milk from a can



  1. Lightly warm butter /ghee / coconut oil in a sauce pan and remove from heat.
  2. Whisk in milk / cream, vanilla extract and powdered sugar.
  3. Pour over Cinnamon Bread Rolls.

Recipe Notes

If you prefer it with less sugar, (I do!) you can use 1/2 cup powdered sugar and 1/2 cup tapioca powder and a little extra sweetness via a free drops of Stevia.
