- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup Charcoal Waffle blend
Heat a ceramic (ideally) non-stick sauce pan on medium heat and add a very little coconut oil / butter / ghee / ghee spray if desired.
Whisk together eggs, oil, water in a medium bowl.
Add in 1 cup of flour blend. Add a little water if mixture is too thick.
Pour batter into sauce pan. When small holes start to appear on the side of pancake facing you wait for a few more holes than turn it around and cook for one more minute. Repeat till you have batter 🙂
