Charcoal Pancakes


  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup Charcoal Waffle blend


  1. Heat a ceramic (ideally) non-stick sauce pan on medium heat and add a very little coconut oil / butter / ghee / ghee spray if desired.

  2. Whisk together eggs, oil, water in a medium bowl.

  3. Add in 1 cup of flour blend. Add a little water if mixture is too thick.

  4. Pour batter into sauce pan. When small holes start to appear on the side of pancake facing you wait for a few more holes than turn it around and cook for one more minute. Repeat till you have batter 🙂

The Halloween themed head was created from thin sliced marshmallows, chocolate chip / Chocolatey-O's and homemade pumpkin butter.
