Procurement Expression of Interest Vendor Registration FAQ

Companies that wish to be considered for participating in UNESCAP tendering exercises must register on the United Nations Global Marketplace (UNGM).

By registering on UNGM, vendors become part of a database from which the UN searches for suppliers and can access UNESCAP Expression of Interest Documents online. Furthermore, by subscribing to the Tender Alert Service, companies can be automatically notified via e-mail of all UN business opportunities that match the products and services for which they have registered.

Please note that the UNGM provides for three levels of registration, as follows:

  • BASIC REGISTRATION: For business opportunities with a value up to US $40,000
  • LEVEL 1: For business opportunities with a value between US $40,000 and US $500,000
  • LEVEL 2: For business opportunities with a value above US $500,000
