Engaging stakeholders in the Voluntary National Review (VNR) can be a powerful way to initiate or build understanding of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the 2030 Agenda. Integrating stakeholder engagement in all stages of the VNR process is vital to ensure that the VNR is based on inputs from all parts of society and government. Stakeholder engagement should not be viewed as a one-off consultation event but an integral part of each phase of the VNR. This Brief provides guidance on utilising feedback and innovative form of stakeholder engagement.
