To enhance the efficiency of logistics services, ESCAP provides technical assistance to countries for developing effective transport logistics policies and for enhancing the professionalism and competence of logistics service providers through organizing the Training-of-Trainers (TOT) Workshops.
In supporting such initiative, ESCAP collaborates with the ASEAN Freight Forwarders Association Logistics Institute (ALI) and Philippines Multimodal Transport and Logistics Association (PMTLAI) to jointly organize this Training-of-Trainers (TOT) Workshop. The objective of the Workshop is to improve human resource capacity of the transport and logistics sector as well as enhancing seamless multimodal logistics connectivity in the Philippines and Southeast Asia subregion.
