The second session of the Committee on Transport was held on 1-3 November 2010 at the United Nations Conference Centre in Bangkok, Thailand. The Session brought participants from across the Asia-Pacific region to discuss strategic guidelines for promoting regional connectivity. The Session focused on topical issues including the development of an intergovernmental agreement on dry ports, transport issues of concern to archipelagic and island developing countries, and strengthen inter subregional cooperation.
