This handbook was prepared as a part of a joint program between ESCAP and United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), Maldives under the SDG-funded project "Strengthening National and Subnational Capacity for Sustainable Disaster Risk Reduction, Climate Change Adaptation and Mitigation in the Maldives." This manual aims to enhance the basic knowledge and skills in Geographic Information System (GIS) and the usage of the QGIS software.
